    Thanks for your sharing. Otto is great scholar and social changer. His contribution to the whole society is enormous. I will find time to read more about his theory and books. Great ideas deserve to be shared across the world.

    In addition to the “Theory U”, Otto has the other co-authored book and it is fantastic as well.
