I remember being at a conference a few years ago and having a friend ask me, “Are you happy?” . I didn’t react or know how to answer my friend’s question. However, now I think it is a very important question, we are always seeking happiness in whatever we do and how we can incorporate the discussion of happiness into our daily lives is something that will benefit the public.
