  • Mindfulness Education is The Key to Be Happy Person

    I tried mindfulness for some years and are able to see the change physically and psychologically. That is an amazing change from so many perspectives. Everyday, you just need a bit time and the big change will be witnessed if you continue to do it. I become more calm down mentally no matter the situation that I am in. I tend to lose my temperament but now I am very rational and happier person. What is your experience of having the life change by practicing the mindfulness. Don’t be hesitate and just do it.

    I am thinking if we are able to invent a machine to train people’s mind so as to be happier person. But the reality tells us we need learn from gaining and loss.
